Job Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator you provide administrative support to the Sales Team and ensure effective customer service delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with sales teams, legal professionals, and financial entities.
• Administering sales transactions and customer data in NEWSTAR CRM and coordinating with legal teams to manage closing documents.
• Supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies, while managing content across digital channels.
• Managing interdepartmental liaisons, permit report submission, Upgrade Catalog updates, and inspection coordination.
• Processing sales and trade change requests during selections and blueprint review stages to ensure accuracy of information.
• Ensuring smooth team transactions, including legal compliance, supplier coordination, and inventory management.
• Updating audits on systems such as SharePoint/Teams, websites, and marketing software for data accuracy.
• Liaising with sales personnel, marketing services, and external partners for effective communication and project coordination.
• Complying with housing authorities and regulations by preparing HBA permit reports.
• Administering tasks including front desk operations, office maintenance, and bank deposits.
• Organizing corporate events and preparing showhomes for client walkthroughs.
• Updating sales and product offerings to stay aligned with market trends.
• Planning and controlling annual Landlord inspections to ensure property safety.

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related marketing and sales experience.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and social media/marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working with a homebuilder or land development is considered an asset.

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours with travel to site locations required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
