On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing Delivery Lead to join their team of dedicated professionals. The location for this role is flexible within Atlantic Canada, with occasional travel to Moncton, NB. There is option for in-office, hybrid, or remote within Atlantic Canada.

The Marketing Delivery Lead will be responsible for facilitating and managing the overall execution process for delivery of all campaign deliverables within Atlantic Lottery's marketing campaigns. This role includes regularly communicating with Campaign Managers to maintain awareness of campaign priorities, establishing, and managing marketing delivery processes, and working collaboratively and proactively to solve challenges with constraints/conflicts. The Marketing Delivery Lead will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. The successful candidate will also ensure campaigns are properly resourced which includes coordinating with internal and external delivery teams accordingly. Working collaboratively with peers in Brand and Communications and across the organization, the Marketing Delivery Lead will be responsible for supporting an overall strategy that ensures a well-coordinated roadmap for smooth and timely delivery of multiple marketing campaigns at any given time.

As the ideal candidate, you are a detail-oriented self-starter possessing proven experience working in a digital environment with multiple collaborators and highly matrixed teams. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and manage strong and effective relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders is essential. 3+ years' experience successfully leading multiple initiatives involving cross-functional teams, as well as project management experience including knowledge of related methodologies and tools, and experience with work management platforms such as Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Projects, etc., will be preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time and workload effectively, including planning, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing conflicting demands to targeted deadlines, will be key to success in the role. With exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills including issue resolution and negotiation, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. A university or college degree in marketing, engineering, project management or other business-related fields is required. A PMP certification will be considered an asset.
