Our Customer Experience Solutions & Delivery Lead will play an integral role for the organization. They will be responsible for identification, implementation, ongoing product management and planning for new and existing tools that enable us to deliver on our customer strategy. The key solution our Customer Experience Delivery Lead will focus on will be our enterprise-wide CRM (Customer Relationship Management). They will be the go-to-person for business users with an understanding of how CRM should and can be utilized across the organization and be an advocate for CRM within the organization. This individual will thrive in influencing, collaborating, and partnering key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Experience, Operations and Change Management.

You\xe2\x80\x99re great at:

  • Change Management
  • Customer experience
  • Analytical thinking
You have:
  • University degree with a focus in marketing, business, strategy, economics, psychology or similar
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience is required
  • PROSCI certified and change management experience is an asset
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset
  • Effective communicator: experience in crafting and presenting a compelling narrative in a professional, creative format
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to guide internal teams in managing change
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Ability to organize, interpret and apply data/information from a variety of sources for analysis and reporting
