Deluxe Car and Truck Rentals Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time Marketing / Customer Service Agent position in our Rental Department. We are looking for someone driven and who can work efficiently. /Duties: -

• Creating daily social media post, ads, hashtags etc.
• Daily responsibilities include negotiating and authorizing rentals with insurance companies.
• Following up with repair facilities regarding repair progress for clients vehicles.
• Managing and organizing rental vehicles.
• Communicating with customers via email, calls, or in person.
• Delivering rental vehicles to customers and checking vehicles out and in.
• Managing expenses and income of this department.
• Scheduling vehicles for service and/or cleanup.
• Taking initiative to solve and complete all problems relating to this position.
• Complete task in a timely manner.
• Inspect vehicles upon rental return; neatly and accurately document information (mileage, fuel level, damages).
• Keeps work area clean and orderly. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Qualification/Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid G Class Drivers license.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Drivers Abstract and Criminal Background Check.
• An organized and dedicated individual who can work independently as well as a team player.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a car rental, marketing, insurance or automotive industry is an asset.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Basic understanding and navigation of the GTA and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel.
• Clear and concise penmanship, additional languages are an asset.
• Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
• A proven ambitious individual that can work well under stressful situations..
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays/off hours if necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment both indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather conditions.
