Social Media & Digital Marketing
Work with external social media partners to manage Ratana's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring posts are on schedule, brand-aligned, and reach the right audience.
Plan and schedule content aligned with campaigns and promotions to ensure consistent messaging and visibility.
Monitor engagement, track performance, and prepare reports.
Support email campaigns, website updates, and product launch communications.
Ensure digital content aligns with product launches and internal team plans.
Marketing Campaigns & Materials
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing insights to support decision-making.
Plan annual quantities of marketing materials and provide creative solutions to enhance campaigns.
Coordinate catalogues, price books, fabric/color swatches, and photography with vendors and internal teams.
Oversee sourcing, production, and distribution of marketing materials to meet deadlines and brand standards.
Trade Shows & Exhibitions
Manage all aspects of trade shows, including planning, logistics, setup, and teardown.
Prepare layouts, source props and display, and organize pre-show mock-ups with the Sales team.
Coordinate shipping, labor, and travel arrangements.
Maintain shipping lists and ensure timely arrival of items.
Liaise with Sales teams for invitations, promotional materials, and client coordination.
Ensure marketing materials and product displays reflect Ratana's brand standards.
Marketing Data & Budget Support
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the product and pricing database is updated on schedule to support product updates and promotion campaigns.
Support the Marketing Director in preparation and consolidation of annual sales budget data and reports.
Support the Marketing Director in maintaining accuracy and consistency across all product specifications, costing, pricing, and budget documents
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven experience managing social media accounts, including use of scheduling and analytics tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and online performance metrics.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an asset.
Comfortable managing content calendars and maintaining organized digital files.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled at handling feedback and providing guidance tactfully.
Flexibility to join occasional early morning or late afternoon calls with the Asia office.
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) for effective cross-regional collaboration.
Interest in furniture, design, or the lifestyle industry, with an awareness of market and design trends.
