About the Role

Overview

:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our small but dedicated team at Brunette the Label. This role requires versatility, as you will be involved in a range of responsibilities from content creation and website support to community engagement and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

:

Content Creation: Source inspiration, create, and edit content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and email newsletters. Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain a strong connection with our online community through thoughtful interactions. Influencer Partnerships: Support influencer outreach and gifting initiatives, helping to build and maintain relationships with brand partners. Affiliate Program: Assist in managing our affiliate program by tracking performance, coordinating communication, and identifying new partnership opportunities. Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing events such as pop-ups, sample sales and influencer and community events. Online Store Assistance: Help optimize the customer experience, assist with online merchandising, and support efforts to enhance sales performance through the website.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle. Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to create engaging content across all social media platforms. E-Commerce Knowledge: Comfortable working in Shopify or similar e-commerce environments. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand effectively. Team Player: A collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
