Working with two premier brand dealerships, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives and assisting with brand specific events.

Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating, managing and executing the advertising and promotions calendar.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to develop customer journey touch points, including loyalty campaigns, seasonal offers, and automated communications.
Track campaign KPIs, digital analytics, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to refine strategy and maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate with OEM partners to ensure brand compliance.
Manage outside SEO/SEM agency and outside marketing support partners.
Ensuring digital, print, and other media deliverables are executed professionally and on schedule.
Developing, creating and executing Social Media content.
Coordinating and executing live event customer-facing programs and external sponsorship opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets for each brand and location. Allocate resources effectively across campaigns, media, and events while ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, service, and administration to align on goals, share insights, and champion marketing initiatives that support business performance.
Basic Qualifications include:
A bachelor's degree in digital marketing or similar.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools.
Ability to multi-task and complete projects on schedule.
Strong project management abilities--organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
Social Media content creation.
Excellent communications skills.
Being coachable and a team-player.
Completely fluent in English.
Possess an Ontario driver's license.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or Diploma from a college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
