Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing team.
What You'll Do?
Social Media & Content Creation
Plan, schedule, and publish daily content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Repost customer stories, product photos, and short-form videos to keep engagement high
Be actively involved in video content creation--including appearing on camera for product highlights, promotions, and event videos
Monitor trends and suggest creative concepts (giveaways, reels, naming contests, etc.)
Influencer & Event Marketing
Coordinate influencer visits and social collaborations, especially for grand openings or special promos
Be on-site at promotional events and store openings--filming content, interacting with guests, and helping create buzz
Engage with student groups, foodies, and local communities to create marketing partnerships
Support marketing for large-scale events or sports partnerships (e.g., Raptors, Leafs, Blue Jays)
Email, SMS & Promotions
Run targeted campaigns (email/SMS) to promote in-store and delivery promotions
Track campaign performance and engagement
Design & Creative Direction
Coordinate poster designs, email visuals, and branded assets with internal or external designers
Provide creative feedback and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines (e.g., TBJ co-branding)
Help with naming new products, branding input, and promotional packaging
Reporting & Collaboration
Present weekly updates at marketing meetings (what's done, what's coming up)
Maintain an organized calendar of campaigns, content deadlines, and store events
Act as the main point of contact for our external marketing partners, designers, and creative vendors--ensuring clear communication and alignment on all projects
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or event coordination
Comfortable being on camera and creating content in public or store environments
Outgoing, friendly, and loves meeting new people--this role involves both in-office and on-site work
Familiarity with social platforms, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Adobe Illustator, TapMango (or similar)
Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator are a strong plus
--being able to make edits or create small assets is a big asset
Strong communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience working with influencers or on food & beverage marketing

Pay: $37,492.46-$64,765.29 per year
