From pre-construction to ongoing stabilization marketing, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with various teams to drive innovation and creativity in our marketing strategies. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a passionate and resourceful individual eager to contribute to every aspect of the rental development process.
This role is based in Toronto and requires full-time onsite presence at their beautiful office, Monday through Friday. Amazing perks and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing multi-family marketing programs across the portfolio.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans and campaigns to increase market share and revenue.
Ensure consistent branding standards across all platforms.
Support the creation and monitoring of marketing budgets.
Assist in preparing detailed monthly lease-up reports and recommendations.
Coordinate with third-party marketing vendors and ensure timely deliverables.
Maintain organized marketing assets and oversee production for various materials.
Collaborate on pricing strategies and messaging for marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.
Monitor industry trends and recommend new technologies or workflows.
Manage online presence and reputation across various platforms.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing or related role.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, design, or related field.
Familiarity with multi-family marketing and graphic design principles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours.
