North Western Synthetic Grass and Complete Landscape are leaders in premium outdoor solutions -- from high-quality synthetic turf installations to full-scale landscape design and maintenance. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence, manage digital projects, and support long-term marketing initiatives across both companies.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for both brands. You'll oversee the development of a new website, create engaging content, and ensure strong visibility across digital platforms through effective SEO and social media management.

This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, proactive, and passionate about marketing in the home improvement or outdoor industry.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development Oversight

Coordinate with developers and designers to manage the new website build.

Ensure website content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and user experience goals.

Content Creation

Write and edit blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters.

Capture or coordinate photo/video content from current projects to use for marketing.

Maintain a content calendar for both brands.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Research keywords, optimize website and blog content, and track rankings.

Implement on-page and local SEO strategies to drive leads.

Social Media Management

Plan, post, and engage across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create visual and video content highlighting completed projects, team culture, and client testimonials.

Brand & Marketing Support

Assist in building out marketing materials (brochures, signage, truck wraps, etc.).

Support coordination of ads, campaigns, and community events.

Report on performance analytics (traffic, engagement, and conversions).

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO principles. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies is highly desirable. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising tools. Strong skills in research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Experience with product management processes is a plus. Proficiency in HTML is beneficial for website management tasks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
