Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Marketing Coordinator on a temporary basis (term up to 14 months).

This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

What you'll do:

Coordinate marketing projects for Local Co-ops from kickoff to completion, aligning timelines, goals, and creative execution with stakeholder needs. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders including designers, writers, and supervisors to resolve delays and fill information gaps. Manage project logistics by creating dockets and POs, tracking materials, and overseeing media production decisions. Lead key initiatives and events like Marketing Summits and Lunch & Learns. Report on project progress, billing accuracy, and proofing workflows using project management tools.

Who you'll work with:

You will report to the Supervisor, Local Co-op Marketing on a small but mighty team of three. You'll collaborate with local Co-op marketers and general managers on a variety of projects, supported by a talented team of designers, writers, and production specialists. You'll also connect with event organizers, print vendors, and digital media partners to ensure every initiative runs smoothly.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in marketing and project management and :


Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in marketing and project management. Have a bachelor's degree in business, focused in marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Are familiar with event planning and coordination (considered an asset).
