Responsibilities



Social Media Management



Plan, create, and publish content across

Instagram, Facebook

, and other relevant platforms Create compelling

visual and written content

(posts, stories, reels, short videos, carousels, etc.). Collaborate with the design/creative team (or use tools like Canva) to develop on-brand graphics and visuals. Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions. Develop and maintain a

monthly content calendar

aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and key dates. Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement; respond in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates, and organize events.
Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in digital marketing or social media marketing. Proven experience managing

Instagram and Facebook

pages for a brand, business, or organization. Strong understanding of

social media tools

, including Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager. Experience creating

content calendars

and executing them consistently. Basic knowledge of

paid ads

on Instagram and Facebook. Strong writing skills with good grammar and attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
