We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's organized, collaborative, and ready to dive into everything from social media scheduling to campaign execution. You'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies, flex your creative muscles, and learn a ton across multiple industries. If you love juggling projects, bringing ideas to life, and making an impact--this is the opportunity you don't want to miss.
What You'll Be Doing:
Crafting and scheduling content across LinkedIn and Facebook
Collaborating with designers to create visuals, labels, email templates, and more
Managing tasks and timelines using Percolate and other tools
Supporting campaigns and coordinating logistics across brands
Assisting with photoshoots, video sessions, and content development
Editing visuals using Adobe Creative Suite
Keeping everything aligned with brand goals and seasonal priorities
What You Bring:
Experience in marketing or communications
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business (an asset)
Bilingualism (an asset)
Strong writing and editing chops
Adobe Creative Suite and social media savvy
Project management skills and a love for organized chaos
A collaborative spirit and proactive mindset
