Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the management and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. This role plays a key part in coordinating marketing programs, maintaining planning tools, and assisting with both national and local marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Franchisees, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, programs, and projects that drive brand growth.
Essential Functions
Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs across multiple brands.
Maintain marketing calendars, project workflows, timelines, and reporting tools.
Assist with creative asset management from briefing through approvals with internal teams and agency partners.
Support execution of national and local campaigns including limited time offers, menu updates, loyalty programs, and new store openings.
Collaborate with franchisees, Operations, and the marketing team on local store marketing plans and toolkits.
Assist with digital marketing initiatives including website listings, loyalty emails, push notifications, and campaign reporting.
Coordinate social media activities including content shoots, content calendar reviews, and promoted post workflows.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and support marketing budget management.
Gather and compile market insights, competitor activity, and performance reporting.
Manage and maintain online listings across Google, third-party aggregators, and brand websites.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of administrative, project coordination, or agency experience; 1+ year in marketing preferred.
Experience in the foodservice or franchise industry is an asset.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); French bilingualism is a strong asset.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Wrike or other project management software preferred.
Working knowledge of digital and social media marketing, SEO, and familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics considered strong assets.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a strong asset.
