Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, focusing on both digital and traditional marketing strategies. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage campaigns, conduct market research, and assist in product management.

Duties

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies including SEO, and social media advertising. Collaborate with the product management team to ensure marketing materials align with product offerings. Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, google ad, facebook, Instagram, kit tok and other social media. Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies. Support the sales team by providing necessary marketing materials and insights.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is preferred Proven experience in digital marketing, including email marketing and advertising campaigns. Familiarity with HTML is a plus for content creation purposes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
