The Role
As our
Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Drive Brand Growth:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and accelerate revenue growth
Market Intelligence:
Conduct deep market research to uncover trends, track competitor movements, and anticipate customer needs
E-Commerce Optimization:
Manage and optimize Orbis AI's digital platforms to ensure seamless customer journeys and maximize conversion rates
SEO Execution:
Implement SEO strategies that strengthen website authority and deliver consistent organic traffic growth
Paid Media Activation:
Build and optimize Facebook Advertising and other digital campaigns to reach precise, high-value audiences
Sales Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing drives pipeline and supports revenue targets
Product and Launch Management:
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
Creative Content:
Use Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling marketing assets that resonate with our audience
Analytics and Optimization:
Leverage Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategy
Website Management:
Maintain and enhance our WordPress website, ensuring it is always fresh, optimized, and impactful
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and increase customer engagement
Budget Discipline:
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources for maximum ROI
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on success in e-commerce and performance-driven campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads), and paid media platforms
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising, retargeting, and funnel optimization
Experience in product management and supporting sales initiatives is a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing visuals that command attention
Understanding of HTML for light website management tasks is advantageous
Excellent research skills with the ability to identify emerging trends and customer insights
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects while staying detail-oriented
