Based at the Promenades Beauport shopping center and under the direction of the Shopping Centers' Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be at the forefront of bringing the shopping center to life and enhancing its visibility. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, in collaboration with various teams, a comprehensive marketing plan, implementing it, and ensuring its daily execution. Your plan must have a 360 vision and cover all aspects of marketing, from strategy development and digital content creation to event coordination, including:
Implementing all marketing and communication activities for the shopping center(s), in line with strategic orientations, the annual marketing plan, timelines, budgets, and brand image;
Planning and coordinating the creation of marketing materials to support the plan;
Developing an editorial calendar for social media, coordinating content creation and publication, and managing the different platforms;
Ensuring website updates;
Being responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events and on-site activations;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, suppliers, center staff, the community, and service providers;
Monitoring foot traffic and presenting periodic reports to the management team;
Acting as liaison with the head office marketing team to align marketing efforts;
Conducting analyses (during and after campaigns), compiling survey results, and presenting them in collaboration with retailers;
Coordinating the preparation and distribution of written communications and training materials intended for tenants;
Applying the annual budget control system;
Performing any other related duties.
