About the Opportunity
We're looking for a detail-driven
Marketing Coordinator
to support the execution of Radial's marketing plans and campaigns across multiple brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a central role in coordinating our internal team, managing logistics, maintaining marketing tools, and ensuring deadlines are met. This is a unique opportunity to work on both creative and operational sides of marketing within a fast-paced, music-focused company.
You'll be the operational glue that keeps everything running--so our strategic ideas become real-world results.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing team timelines and task assignments using tools like Asana.
Assist with tradeshow logistics, shipping, booth coordination, and promotional materials.
Maintain dealer and distributor portals with the latest marketing assets.
Pull monthly marketing performance data and organize it for internal review.
Manage BIM and sample libraries and assist with new product rollout logistics.
Support administrative tasks including invoice processing and workback plans.
Work with external vendors and freelancers to ensure timely asset delivery.
What Success Looks Like
Marketing campaigns are launched on time and in full, following the marketing calendar.
The internal team is aligned and aware of their timelines and deliverables.
Tradeshow and event logistics are organized with confidence and accuracy.
Marketing tools, assets, and portals are up-to-date and easy to access.
You anticipate needs and close gaps before they become bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role.
Proven organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
Comfortable using
CRM and marketing platforms
(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and shifting deadlines.
Experience managing
event logistics or tradeshows
.
Experience in music, pro audio, or B2B industries is a plus.
