Job Description


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to execute our marketing plans. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this hybrid role will allow for a flexible work arrangement, combining onsite collaboration with remote work. As a key player in our marketing team, you will have full responsibility for driving content creation, media monitoring, copywriting and graphic design, website updates, and marketing logistics. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled marketing professional seeking a part-time position while making a meaningful impact. Main ResponsibilitiesContent Creation.
Develop and implement a consistent content strategy targeting our B2B audience, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns and print promotions.
Work closely with product and sales teams to create content that highlights our industrial products and solutions effectively.
Media Monitoring.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities for media engagement and outreach.
Compile and report on the effectiveness of media efforts, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Copywriting & Graphic Design.
Produce high-quality, engaging copy for various marketing channels, including websites, brochures, newsletters, and advertising materials.
Design visuals and graphics in line with brand guidelines for use in marketing campaigns, events, and presentations.
Website Updates.
Manage website content, ensuring it is up to date, informative, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the development team to make improvements or changes as necessary.
Marketing Logistics.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including logistics for trade shows, conferences and customer events.
Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials and ensure timely delivery for marketing activities.Experience and EducationCertificate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B experience
Industrial, manufacturing or heavy equipment dealership experience an asset
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Corel Draw, Canva & Adobe) and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively
Knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a broad set of responsibilities in a part-time role
Video and video editing experience as asset
Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).Working ConditionsRequires prolonged sitting with periodic lifting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching.
Regular exposure to industrial shop hazards which require additional protection from noise, fall hazards and air quality. Safety boots must be worn.

A medium stress environment due to timelinesShift AvailabilityEither 5 x 4 hour days a week or 4 x 5 hour days per week
Minimum 2 days per week in Leduc, AB office
