Job Summary




As the Marketing Coordinator working remote in Canada, you will be part of the Canadian Consumer Commercial Team. You will coordinate and support the Marketing and Creative team in the execution of marketing activities and brand deliverables to bring awareness and consideration to our Consumer and Medical brands.




As the Marketing Coordinator you will be involved in...




Write creative briefs for marketing deliverables Coordinate departmental projects and execute campaign plans including work back schedules, project plans, content plans, budget Maintain marketing inventory and fulfill merchandise and displays as required for retailers and sales agency Develop and deploy strategic engagement content for social media and e-mail channels including social listening and responding to customer inquiries on e-mail and social media accounts Escalate customer and retailer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement Secure Regulatory approvals on all marketing activity Liaise with external vendors and sales agency to deliver partnership deliverables Liaise with internal team to optimize creative deliverables and reach divisional targets Update content on consumer-facing websites Proactively identify and resolve project issues Identify, attend, execute event engagement strategies to maximize attendance, participation from retailers Secure Regulatory approvals on all marketing activity Keep abreast of competition developments and share back competitive intel and customer preferences

Cannabis and Product Knowledge is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously Sales acumen Customer Service Social and digital acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, social media, e-mail, and Content Management Systems Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams Takes initiative and presents creative solutions to problems

Bonus points if you have...



Bachelor's degree + Business Administration or Marketing OR Diploma in Marketing and/ or Sales is a plus + Prior experience in cannabis is preferred
