The Marketing Coordinator
will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating events, and supporting sales efforts to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. The Marketing Coordinator will have experience in B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Third-Party Agency Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for marketing agencies handling website development, branding, SEO, and social media
Ensure agencies meet project deadlines, deliverables, and quality standard
Website Development & Branding:
Oversee website updates, upgrades, and content improvements
Collaborate with agencies to optimize user experience, navigation, and lead generation strategies
Ensure branding consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints for Sentinel and its portfolio brand
SEO & Digital Marketing:
Work with agencies to implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts
Monitor and report on website traffic, rankings, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
Social Media Management:
Coordinate with agencies to plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Ensure content aligns with Sentinel's casual tone and themes of balance and fulfillment
Trade Show Coordination:
Organize and manage participation in trade shows, including booth design, collateral, and logistics.
Collaborate with agencies and vendors to create impactful booth experiences.
Traditional Marketing Campaigns & Collateral
Develop and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items for all portfolio brands.
Support the sales team with tailored collateral to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable strategies
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of the dock and door industry is an advantage but not required.
Core Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to develop engaging and persuasive marketing content.
Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools to support sales initiatives.
