About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our student recruitment and brand promotion efforts. This role will focus on digital marketing, event promotion, and content creation, with opportunities to contribute to the school's overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote K-12 programs.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.).
Create content for newsletters, brochures, website, and event promotions.
Support Open Houses, education fairs, and recruitment events.
Run advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Track and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, social media insights).
Collaborate with the admissions team to align with enrollment goals.
Qualifications
Experience with multi-channel marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, email).
Strong written and verbal communication in English (
Mandarin skills preferred
).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is an asset.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in education marketing or admissions is an asset.
Compensation
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Bonus: $300 commission for each successful student enrollment generated from marketing leads (while marketing staff are not directly responsible for sales, they are rewarded for contributing to conversions).
