Marketing Coordinator

to support our marketing efforts and help elevate our brand to the next level.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will lead and support a variety of initiatives across our restaurant locations, including digital marketing, promotions, event coordination, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about food and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute local store marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales Design and distribute marketing materials including flyers, signage, and digital graphics Collaborate with store owners and management to support catering promotions and seasonal campaigns Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics Coordinate participation in food festivals, pop-up events, and local sponsorships Build and maintain relationships with community partners, municipal offices, and event organizers Manage promotional budgets and vendor relationships (e.g., printing, ads, influencers)

Qualifications:

1-3 years of marketing experience (restaurant or retail experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Meta, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Graphic design, photography, or videography experience considered an asset Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
