Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and creative
Marketing Coordinator
with a strong background in digital marketing to lead marketing efforts across our dealerships. Reporting to the President, you'll have the autonomy to implement innovative strategies and drive our digital presence forward.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (60%)
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for all dealership brands
Coordinate with our digital advertising agency to optimize paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
Oversee SEO initiatives and website optimization
Manage Google Business Profiles and online reputation
Create and analyze email marketing campaigns
Present monthly analytics reports to management
Campaign Management (25%)
Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
Serve as the primary liaison between dealerships and the digital agency
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Track campaign ROI and performance metrics
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate agency deliverables
Develop creative briefs and provide strategic direction to agency partners
Content & Events (15%)
Create content for websites, social media, and marketing materials
Plan and execute dealership events and community partnerships
Manage sponsorship programs and promotional initiatives
Support sales teams with marketing materials and collateral
Qualifications
Education & Experience
College diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
2-4 years of marketing experience with proven success in digital campaigns
Automotive industry experience is a plus
Technical Skills
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4
Experience evaluating digital marketing performance and agency reporting
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms

Experience with video editing and content creation
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
Understanding of traditional advertising methods
Background in multi-location retail marketing
