Job Description
Our client in Newmarket, Ontario is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a 1 month contract. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate must be able to work in office a minimum of 3 per week, some local travel may be required.The Marketing Coordinator will be supporting the Marketing Manager with tradeshow coordination, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc marketing support.Responsibilities:
- Compile and design PowerPoint presentations, incorporating provided content, images, charts, and data (light research as needed)
- Assist in pre-assembling tradeshow booths, including packing and preparing materials for shipment (medium lifting)
- Provide light tradeshow management support, such as booth registration, coordinating booth services, and handling logistics. May include onsite setup and assistance
- Organize and ship product samples
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role
- Prior experience with tradeshow coordination, and/or project coordination
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Hubspot, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
