Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Analytics
Develop, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads,
and other Social Media Platforms.
Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to refine digital marketing efforts.
Social Media & Customer Engagement
Manage all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Develop and schedule compelling content, including campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages to maintain a strong online presence.
Franchise Communications & Coordination
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and franchise partners to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
Provide support and guidance to franchisees regarding brand marketing strategies and online promotions.
Event coordination
: Organize and manage marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Campaign & Content Management
Oversee the
uploading and execution of marketing campaigns
across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to develop high-quality content.
Third-Party Delivery Platform Management
Manage and optimize presence on platforms like
Uber Eats, SKIP, and other third-party delivery services
.
Monitor promotions, customer reviews, and sales performance on these platform
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years
of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or social media management.
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and digital campaign management
.
Knowledge in SEO/SEM campaigns
Experience working with
third-party delivery platforms
is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
