Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to work in our fashion forward company. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills with a strong work ethic
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Marketing Support
Develop and update line sheets and marketing documents for key brands and collections.
Create marketing materials for sales presentations, customers, and retail partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing assets and POP materials.
Social Media & Digital Content
Manage and curate content for Trend Marketing, Reef, and Nine West Canada social channels.
Coordinate sample sale marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
Support seeding and influencer outreach programs to drive brand visibility.
Trade/Event Marketing/Administrative Tasks
Support trade show marketing, including booth materials, displays, and promotional assets.
Coordinate event marketing initiatives and internal brand activations.
Plan and execute seasonal marketing support and become main point of contact for wholesale account list
Graphic design for wholesale marketing activations and D2C business
Marketing calendar management with major focus on D2C business i.e., promotional calendar, product highlights, seasonal key stories
Support a variety of marketing activations - including in-store fixtures and visual updates, digital marketing support, event planning and attendance, and meeting preparation
Track expenses for travel and marketing projects as directed by Brand Management
Partner with ecommerce department and assist in homepage flips, weekly email blasts and any seasonal promotions
Fulfill administrative duties as requested by Brand Management
Internal coordination with Digital Marketing and PR agencies for respective brands
Travel to regional tradeshows
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graphic Design Experience (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Educational/Position Requirements: College Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Customer/account management experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
Extremely Strong time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and attention to detail
Ability to provide strong leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
