Marketing Coordinator - Architecture & Design Industry
Location: Mississauga
Job Type: Permanent, direct hire| 100% On-Site
Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for architecture, design, or sustainable building? We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a visual, content-driven environment and wants to make an impact through digital campaigns, social media, and strategic marketing partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, especially Instagram
- Coordinate with partners to support co-branded marketing initiatives
- Assist in developing promotional strategies for Canadian and U.S. markets
- Organize and manage photo assets, marketing materials, and design files
- Coordinate photoshoots of properties and projects
- Support trade show logistics
- Provide general marketing and administrative support, including file management and travel coordination
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills
- Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong asset
- Interest in architecture, design, or sustainability is preferred
