Join our Marketing and Proposal team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator who drives success and innovation!Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing and Brand, this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual Pinchin brand. This includes developing printed and published promotional materials, coordinating website updates, and creating engaging content for social media. Additionally, the role will incorporate elements of graphic design and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.What you will be doing at Pinchin:

• Coordinate the day-to-day content and branding related needs of the website including creating and modifying content.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an analytics strategy to monitor and enhance web traffic and contribute to the digital strategy and social media platforms.
• Collaborate on design and implement changes to format of promotional materials and create new digital materials and graphic elements as needed.
• Design and create videos to promote the brand, featuring interviews with employees and/or industry experts, campaigns, and on-site visit footage to showcase projects.
• Participate in other marketing and digital marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create compelling content, analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements

What you bring to the Pinchin team:

• Degree or diploma in communications, web or graphic design, or marketing
• Strong computer skills, and working knowledge with hardware and software used by industry professionals including design, image manipulation, and desktop publishing software (including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effect, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Canva)
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress website management and social media for business applications, including experience in SEO, Google Business Profile Manager and use of LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), etc.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools to create smart templates and design materials that align with the company\'s branding, such as flyers and presentations.
• 3 to 5 years previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
