Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.
Relevant du Directeur Marketing, le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) Marketing accompagnera l'equipe dans la mise en oeuvre des strategies marketing, de communication, de publicite et d'experience client. Son objectif est de promouvoir Permacon et ses activites pour assurer son rayonnement sur le marche. La personne selectionnee peut etre base a notre bureau de Montreal ou Metcalfe.
Plus specifiquement, le ou la titulaire du poste devra notamment :

• Animer les reseaux sociaux Permacon Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, (creation de contenu et la gestion de communaute);
• Creer le contenu video et photos : gestion des photographes/videographes et artistes 3D, de la prise de vues aux retouches finales et a la diffusion;
• Gerer le site web : modification des pages produits selon le portfolio, ajout des photos, creation des articles de blogue, mise a jour des outils destines aux clients, comme les pages d'evenements, les documents techniques, les hachures et les textures;
• Travailler etroitement avec l'equipe des ventes pour developper des outils marketing adaptes aux segments de l'industrie : amenagement paysager, maconnerie et marche du detail;
• Developper les actifs marketing numeriques et imprimes : catalogues, infolettres, guides produits, guides d'installation, listes de prix, depliants promotionnels, presentations de ventes;
• Participer a toute autre initiative marketing de Permacon.

Exigences et qualifications requises

• Diplome universitaire en communications, marketing ou dans une discipline pertinente;
• Experience pertinente d'au moins 2 (deux) ans dans un poste similaire;
• Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais parle et ecrit;
• Connaissance des medias sociaux et des differentes plateformes ainsi que leurs fonctionnements;
• Connaissance de Photoshop et InDesign, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad et Sketchup,
• Excellentes habiletes de gestion de projets et solution de problemes
• Excellentes habiletes a travailler en equipe; a travailler sous pression avec un souci du detail.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support the team in implementing marketing, communication, advertising, and customer experience strategies. The goal is to promote Permacon and its activities to ensure strong market visibility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Permacon's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram): content creation and community management.
• Create video and photo content: oversee photographers/videographers and 3D artists, from shooting to final edits and distribution.
• Manage the website: update product pages according to the portfolio, add photos, create blog articles, and update client tools such as event pages, technical documents, hatching patterns, and textures.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools tailored to industry segments: landscaping, masonry, and retail.
• Develop digital and print marketing assets: catalogs, newsletters, product guides, installation guides, price lists, promotional brochures, and sales presentations.
• Participate in any other marketing initiatives at Permacon.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• University degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and how they function.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities; able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of printing processes.
