True Balance Longevity Inc. is seeking a talented

Marketing Coordinator

to elevate our brand presence and drive creative excellence across all our wellness and medical aesthetics platforms. This role is perfect for a design-forward marketer who understands the premium aesthetics market and can translate our clinical expertise into visually stunning campaigns.

What You'll Do

Lead marketing strategy and execution across our three locations and two brands Create high-end graphic designs that reflect our premium positioning in the wellness and medical aesthetics space Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, creative approaches to campaigns Develop compelling visual content for digital platforms, social media, print materials, and promotional campaigns Collaborate with our medical team to communicate complex wellness concepts through accessible, elegant design Manage marketing timelines and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Required:

Strong graphic design portfolio

showcasing high-end, polished work (portfolio submission is mandatory) Exceptional eye for detail with experience in premium brand aesthetics Proven ability to adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining design consistency across multiple platforms Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) Understanding of marketing strategy and campaign development

Assets:

Experience leveraging AI tools for creative ideation and efficiency Background in healthcare, wellness, or luxury brand marketing Photography and video editing skills Social media content creation expertise
