Summary


As a

Marketing Coordinator

, you'll help plan, organize, and execute our marketing and social media initiatives. You'll work closely with leadership and creative collaborators to manage content calendars, develop campaigns, and produce digital materials that align with our clients' goals and the Nuve Partners brand.

This position will have the candidate select either Markham, Richmond, Aurora or Newmarket their desk location with some travel for events.

You'll play a key role in telling our story, connecting with audiences, and ensuring our content is strategic, engaging, and professional.

Responsibilities



Plan and manage

social media calendars

for clients and the Nuve Partners brand. Coordinate

advertising campaigns

across digital platforms to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging, on-brand content for social media, email, and digital channels. Post, monitor, and engage with audiences across platforms. Analyze campaign performance and prepare summary reports with recommendations. Research trends and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and creativity. Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and tone across all marketing materials. Support leadership with content organization, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications



You have

1-3 years of experience

in marketing, social media management, or a creative agency environment. You have a strong understanding of

social media and digital advertising

(Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads). You are

organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

, with excellent follow-through. You are

creative and strategic

, capable of turning ideas into compelling campaigns working with our clients You are

curious, teachable, and eager to learn

from experienced mentors. You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently. You are comfortable using

Figma, Canva

and other digital tools.
