We're looking to enhance our team by welcoming a new

Marketing Coordinator

to the Marketing Team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the Taste of Nature brand by assisting in the execution of Taste of Nature marketing activities. As part of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of Marketing including social media, Website, E-Comm, Trade Shows, Consumer Research, New Product Development and so much more. This position will support the Taste of Nature brand as well as other business opportunities.

The role:



Assist in developing Annual Marketing Plans to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth Support E-Commerce activities with elevating and optimizing online presence and order fulfillment Analysis of market trends, competitive sets (market audits) and consumer research data to identify gaps in the marketplace and recommend new products including new formats, new flavor profiles and creative packaging solutions Participate in innovative projects as a team member through commercialization and post commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Inform and align key stakeholders on project progress Oversee / proof / approve print ready files prior to packaging print runs and archive files for easy access Coordinate various Marketing activations including Pop-Ups, In-store Demos and other consumer facing initiatives Responsible for trade shows which involve, but not limited to, booking booth space, ordering products, designing the booth and ensuring a smooth execution Involved in social media by providing direction, guidance and feedback on monthly content calendar Expands upon company branding while maintaining and adhering to brand integrity and guidelines Assist marketing team by preparing & shipping product samples and materials, responding to customer inquiries as necessary Work closely with external suppliers (Social Media, E-Comm, Packaging Suppliers, Trade Organizations) Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams Develop PowerPoint Sales presentations as well as Marketing presentations Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics Other duties as required

You offer:



Marketing certificate or bachelor's degree required Minimum of 2 years' related experience, preferably in FMCG Willingness to be in-office full time In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Creativity and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under deadlines The ability and willingness to take initiative E-Commerce experience is an asset GS1 experience is an asset Flexible to work occasional weekends and / or evenings for events
Schedule: Monday to Friday
