Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projects
Research potential opportunities and assess fit based on company capabilities and project scope
Develop, edit, and format proposal documents and templates using Adobe InDesign and other tools
Collaborate with estimating, project management, and business development teams to gather accurate and compelling project information
Maintain and update a library of resumes, project sheets, and proposal content for future use
Support the planning and execution of marketing and networking events to enhance company visibility and relationships within the industry
Our ideal candidate will have:
3-5+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role involving RFP/RFQ coordination or proposal writing
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience in the construction industry (contracting, consulting, or design) is a strong asset
Exceptional writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and general document management tools

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
