What your day to day will look like:

• Assist in initiating, planning, and executing multifaceted marketing projects within a cross-functional team;
• Coordinate all marketing activities with internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers;
• Create briefs for all marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing Manager as well as the content and creative teams;
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of all advertising materials;
• Assist the Public Relations Specialist in the coordination and execution of several PR-related activities;
• Assist the Social Media Specialist in the coordination and execution of several social media-related activities;
• Participate in the creation and deployment of email newsletters;
• Implement marketing content on our website in collaboration with the dev/programming team;
• Monitor the website to advise on content updates, errors, and opportunities for optimization of SEO;
• Responsible for website reviews, Google locations and Facebook locations;
• Develop a thorough understanding of Structube products and its customers;
• Collate up-to-date information on consumer journey, current marketing trends and competitors;
• Assist with campaign reporting for all marketing channels to monitor KPI performance;
• Use analytics tools (such as but not limited to: GA4, LookerStudio, SEMRush, Iconosquare, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Listrak) to suggest improvements in content strategies;
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly campaign results reporting to detail outcomes and discern actionable insights;
• Liaise with the Customer Service, Retail Operations and Product departments to optimize the customer experience;
• Assist with administrative tasks and establish workflow processes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager..

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience;
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or equivalent experience;
• Bilingual: must be fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential;
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability;
• Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to use one\xe2\x80\x99s own initiative and problem-solving capabilities;
• Capacity to adapt quickly and multitask while working with tight deadlines;
• Ability to collaborate within a team;
