Role Overview


We are looking for a motivated

Marketing Coordinator

to support our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and lead generation alongside our Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing campaigns, organizing events, managing content creation, and supporting various initiatives. You'll work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies that increase lead generation, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Support



Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, PR, social media, webinars, PPC). Set up and track campaigns in marketing automation platforms, coordinate content creation, and manage timelines.

Event Coordination



Assist with the planning and logistics of webinars, trade shows, and industry events, including registration, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for the team as required for events across North America and Europe. Willingness and ability to travel within North America and Europe as needed.

PR Coordination



Source and coordinate PR opportunities with industry magazines, newsletters, and other outlets. Track and report on progress and outcomes from PR campaigns.

Content Development



Support content creation by coordinating with external vendors (designers, videographers, writers) and managing content calendars. Assist in editing and proofreading blog posts, case studies, and social media copy.

Social Media & Website Updates



Update Labscubed's website and social media platforms with fresh content, case studies, blog posts, and upcoming events.

Email Marketing



Set up and manage email campaigns to engage leads. Provide reporting support to the Marketing Manager on campaign performance and lead activity.

Vendor Management



Coordinate communication with third-party vendors for design, videography, and other marketing needs. Manage timelines, deliverables, and project scope to ensure high-quality output.

Lead Management



Maintain lead lists, track lead progress, and ensure accurate lead scoring within the CRM system (HubSpot). Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.

Market Research



Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Compile data on industry trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.

Reporting & Analytics



Track and report key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and ROI. Assist in preparing reports for the Marketing Manager to analyze and optimize strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or technology sectors. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with event coordination or logistics is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; content creation experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to track, organize, and report on marketing metrics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take direction from the Marketing Manager. Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC). Ability and willingness to travel for company events, trade shows, and industry conferences across North America and Europe. Familiarity with start-up culture is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
