What You'll Do:



In this role, you'll support our marketing efforts by developing and executing digital and direct marketing initiatives, maintaining our online platforms, and ensuring accurate, timely communication with clients and stakeholders. You'll help shape how our brand and services are presented across all channels while contributing to a consistent and engaging tenant and client experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Assess product and service characteristics to identify marketing and advertising needs Develop and implement strategies and content for direct and digital marketing campaigns Support client relations and contribute to overall client service Respond to written and verbal client inquiries, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders Manage and update the company website to ensure information is accurate and current Maintain and manage the digital product database to ensure consistency across departments Conduct post-campaign analysis and report on key marketing and advertising metrics Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing client inquiries received through digital platforms Prepare written reports, briefs, and website content Perform other administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience:



Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent post-secondary education 5 years or more of relevant experience Experience in a post-secondary environment is considered an asset Marketing strategy and campaign development Content planning, creation, and execution Digital media management and analytics Client relations and stakeholder communication

The ideal candidate will also bring strong, practical experience with:



Microsoft 365 Suite Google Drive Monday.com Mailchimp WordPress Google Analytics Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop
