Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Expected start date: 2024-08-10
- Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their needs and challenges
- Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine the marketing and advertising needs of a client in order to grow and scale their business
- Advise clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies,
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Develop and implement customized action plans and strategies for each client
- Develop and organize workshops and training sessions
- Conduct surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by a client\xe2\x80\x99s business
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
- Develop, implement and evaluate public relations strategies and programs
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
- Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
- Monitor and measure client progress and results using key performance indicators
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability to help clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other business coaches in the community
- Promote and market our services and programs to attract new clients
- Continuously learn and develop yourself as a business coach and leader
- This is a permanent, full-time position for (at least) 30 hours per week (2 vacancies)
- Wage: $29 per hour
- Benefits: 50/50 extended medical benefits after 3 months

- A university degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, or other directly related field
- Several years of related experience is preferred
- Strong skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and finance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethics
- A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate
- A passion for helping others and making a difference
- Good English language skills, a resum\xc3\xa9 and references
