We're hiring an experienced Marketing Coordinator for our growing team. THIS IS A FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION IN A HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT BASED OUT OF HAMILTON, ONTARIO.

Project & Client Coordination:

Coordinate all aspects of marketing material development, from initial concept to final client approval, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with strategic goals. Serve as a cent

al point of contact, communicating with clients and assisting the marketing, development, and design teams by keeping them on track with deadlines and coordinating deliverables.

Content Strategy & Research:

Conduct research and analysis of clients, markets, competitors, content, brands, website traffic, and keywords to inform brand and marketing plans, website briefs, and content strategies. Draft brand and client messaging, news and LinkedIn post updates, and compr

hensive content (client bios, practice area descriptions, etc.) for various channels.

Digital & Web Maintenance:


Confidently learn and utilize our Content Management Systems (CMS) (Sitefinity, WordPress, and others) to manage and maintain website content. Migrate new content, edit existing pages, and draft and implement SEO meta descriptions.

Social Media Management:


Manage, update, and monitor client social media accounts, creating and scheduling content and visuals that successfully execute on brand strategies. Provide ideas and recommendations on how to better leverage the platform and new technologies to build our clients' brands.

Production & Quality Assurance:


Create engaging visual content using design tools like Canva. Coordinate print production, including image sourcing, compiling specifications, getting quotes, and proofreading all materials to ensure high quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Reporting & Administration:

Prepare status reports on marketing efforts and assist in drafting client proposals.

Our ideal candidate has a business and marketing background and is a highly organized, strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and a team player.


Has a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business or Marketing. Has 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role is preferred.

Digital Platform Fluency:

Highly skilled in using design platforms such as Canva to produce marketing visuals. Confident and proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and quickly adapting to Content Management Systems (CMS). We are also looking for someone who can confid
