Fitness World is looking for a detail-oriented, performance-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of lead generation, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion funnel optimization. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to create meaningful touchpoints across the member journey from first click to loyal advocate.
You'll be responsible for coordinating email and SMS journeys, managing website content updates, facilitating local partnerships & sponsorships, and helping to deliver community-based events and partnership campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Support
Support planning and execution of lead generation campaigns across digital and field channels.
Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, and promotional messaging across web, email, and in-club.
Liaise with internal graphic designer and external partners to ensure timely, brand-aligned execution.
Lifecycle & Email Marketing
Manage content and scheduling for automated email and SMS workflows, including lead nurturing, enrollment offers, flash sales, onboarding, and retention programs.
Build and deploy campaigns using email marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot, Klaviyo).
Optimize messaging and segmentation based on performance data.
Website & App Content Management
Update and maintain website and landing page content related to campaigns and offers.
Liaise with external digital marketing team on website optimization for lead conversion, as well as external web development agency for website maintenance and forms.
Support updates to the FW mobile app (e.g. challenges, perks, member communications).
Local Marketing & Community Events
Assist with planning and execution of in-club marketing initiatives and local events.
Create and maintain toolkits to support local store marketing efforts.
Coordinate signage, promotional items, and communication rollout to clubs.
Reporting & Insights
Maintain weekly and monthly reports on email, campaign, and lead performance.
Perform competitive research and track industry trends.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign and funnel effectiveness.
Operational & Administrative Support
Liaise with print vendors and manage inventory for in-club materials.
Track creative requests and coordinate timelines with internal and external teams.
Support department organization through file and asset management.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in marketing, lifecycle, or campaign coordination
Understanding of email marketing tools and concepts
Basic familiarity with websites, landing pages, and form tools
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, WordPress, Canva, or similar
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience planning or supporting community activations or partnerships
Comfort analyzing basic marketing data in dashboards or reports
Passion for health, fitness, or lifestyle brands
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and willingness to travel locally to club locations
