The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Provincial Sales Manager and is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across key markets. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, communication, and time management skills, contributing to the achievement of business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful marketing programs, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing projects, trade marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional assets retailers (digital and print)
• Work with external graphic designers and vendors partners for creating assets
• Evaluate and analyze retail market trends to provide actionable marketing insights
• Assist with building trade marketing budget and quarterly forecast
• Update and maintain price lists, product catalogs, and SKU assortment plans
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Assist in developing merchandising strategies for key accounts (including retail kits and planogram creation)
• Track and report on marketing activities and trends
• Identify trade show/event opportunities and facilitate logistics
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Other duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Advanced understanding of marketing principles, specifically within trade marketing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an asset
• Driver's license or reliable form of transportation

Work Conditions

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts during the day
• Some evening and weekends as required
• Some travel required

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
