Position Overview
We're seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Franchise Portal Marketing Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize the content, listings, and marketing campaigns on our franchise portal. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and consulting teams to ensure our franchise listings are engaging, SEO-optimized, and consistently driving high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage franchise listings on FranchiseVoice.com -- ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimization.
Work with franchisors to upload and update brand profiles, marketing materials, and promotional content.
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels to promote listings.
Optimize portal content and structure for maximum visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Monitor analytics and campaign performance, preparing regular reports on lead generation and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve user experience and conversion funnels.
Stay updated on franchise industry trends and competitors to recommend new marketing opportunities.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or a related role.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online lead generation.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms, marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
Passion for franchising, marketing, and helping businesses grow.
