About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an important role in executing marketing activities that strengthen our brand and support ongoing business initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Community Outreach team, assist with campaigns and events, and help manage day-to-day communication and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms
Monitor comments, inboxes, and engagement across channels
Support brand consistency across all digital and print materials
Marketing & Community Outreach Support
Assist in coordinating events, sponsorship activations, and community initiatives
Help build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and community organizations
Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
General Marketing Tasks
Organize and maintain assets, photos, and digital files
Support promotional material development
Assist with administrative tasks within the marketing department
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
A marketing, communications, or business-related diploma/degree (completed or near completion)
1+ years of real-world marketing experience (internships, co-ops, freelance, or agency welcome)
Experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (personal, business, or client)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Photography or videography experience
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with CRM, email marketing platforms, or social media scheduling tools
