Position Summary:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social platforms. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency, drive engagement, and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with annual plans.
Coordinate with third-party marketing agencies and vendors.
Manage content calendars, social media platforms, and digital assets.
Support trade show planning, promotional events, and Amazon store updates.
Oversee website content, SEO, and performance analytics.
Design and approve marketing materials, including videos, infographics, and product packaging in accordance with Dynaline's brand guidelines.
Monitor and report on KPIs such as engagement rates, CTR, and follower growth.
Maintain and manage creative services equipment and supplies.

Familiarity with SEO best practices, including metadata optimization and improving content discoverability.
Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage timelines and content workflows across teams.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate multiple teams and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Balanced thinker with both creative insight and a strategic mindset to support engaging digital experiences.
Passion for digital content and an interest in helping build a brand identity.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:
Ability to support the Fulfillment Team (under the CFO's direction) with Amazon fulfillment and advertising strategies.
Familiarity with Amazon store management, including customer engagement, pricing strategy, and new item uploads.
