Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to own and execute our marketing plan. This role is responsible for the creation, scheduling, and management of campaigns across all channels to drive member growth, school field trip and mobile obstacle course bookings, as well as weekend operations revenue (parties and open gym). The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate strategy into measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Own the execution of the company's quarterly marketing plans.
Create and launch campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, email, social, and local).
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time launch.
Digital Marketing
Design, launch, and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, adjusting creative, targeting, and budgets based on performance.
Update and create website pages to support active promotions, new programs, and SEO goals.
Implement landing pages and lead capture forms that align with campaigns.
Content Creation & Scheduling
Develop and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting that aligns with brand tone and goals.
Create engaging visuals and copy for social media, ads, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with coaches, operations, and events teams to capture photo/video content for marketing use.
Email Marketing
Create, schedule, and send email campaigns for member engagement, promotions, and school outreach.
Maintain and segment email lists for targeted messaging.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (free trials booked, new members, school bookings, cost per lead per channel).
Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Conduct basic A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Community & Brand Growth
Support local outreach initiatives, including event participation and community partnerships that drive awareness and leads.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and basic analytics tools.
Strong writing and visual content skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools (email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, website CMS).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable owning outcomes and working with performance targets.
