Content Marketing & Blogging
Develop and write engaging blog articles focused on homeownership, community features, design trends, and industry insights.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, construction) to gather insights and create valuable content.
Optimize blog content for SEO and track performance metrics.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
Develop and execute social media campaigns that highlight new communities, homes, customer testimonials, and industry trends.
Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and grow community engagement.
Work with the design team to create visually appealing content, including reels, videos, and infographics.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insights.
Email Marketing
Develop and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, community updates, and promotional offers.
Write compelling email copy and work with the design team to create engaging templates.
Segment email lists and track campaign performance to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Graphic Design
Design
social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, and signage
that align with brand guidelines.
Work with internal teams to develop
marketing collateral
for communities and promotions.
Edit and enhance photos, create infographics, and design
visually compelling content
.
Maintain and organize a
digital asset library
of brand images and marketing materials.
Marketing Support & Coordination
Assist with website content updates, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
Track and report on key marketing metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
Skill Requirements:
1-3 years
of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
A degree or diploma in
Marketing, Communications, or a related field
.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience in blog writing and social media content creation.
Proficiency in
social media management tools
(Meta Business Suite, Later, Hubspot, etc.).
Experience with
email marketing platforms
(HubSpot).
Basic understanding of
SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices
.
* Experience with
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools
is a plus.
