As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Marketing & Sales Enablement team, responsible for supporting the execution of our marketing strategy across various channels. Your work will directly contribute to our brand, sales, and customer engagement goals by assisting in the delivery of digital campaigns, coordinating remote client community connection events, optimizing online experiences, and helping drive measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, sales enablement, and business unit leaders to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our brand promise and business priorities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and innovation in digital platforms.

Marketing Support & Execution



Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media. Help define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI. Support the management of the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with product launches, events, and sales initiatives.

Digital Strategy & Execution



Review and expand platforms required to effectively execute digital campaigns Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media. Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI. Own the digital marketing calendar and ensure alignment with product launches, events, and sales initiatives.

Website & SEO



Lead the ongoing update of wbm.ca and play key role in complete site redesign and launch to drive persona-based engagement across key target markets Oversee the performance, content, and UX of wbm.ca and related digital properties. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement SEO best practices and improve organic visibility. Manage landing page creation and A/B testing to support lead generation and campaign goals.

Strategic Content



Support strategic content as it relates to client hero outcomes; working closely with the Strategic Content Lead to create timely outcomes that can be shared across multiple channels to provide the WBM Client Community with valuable insights Partner with the content and design teams to distribute thought leadership, customer stories, and campaign assets across digital channels. Monitor trends and platform updates to keep our digital presence fresh and relevant.

Marketing Automation & CRM



Manage marketing automation workflows and email campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure lead nurturing and scoring align with sales priorities. Maintain data hygiene and segmentation strategies to support personalized marketing.

Team Collaboration & Leadership



Work cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, and Business Units to align digital efforts with broader go-to-market strategies. Contribute to a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

Diverse B2B marketing experienceacross a number of mediums Strong discovery skills and the ability to ask the right questions and understand the vision of team members Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads). Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. A passion for storytelling, innovation, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
