We're Hiring: Marketing Coordinator for the Craig Street Brewing Hospitality Group

About Us:
We're a family of local craft breweries, restaurants and a taphouse--all united by a love of great beer, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences. From small-batch IPAs to chef-driven seasonal menus, we aim to be a local staple in the Cowichan Valley. Now we're looking for a creative, organized, beer-loving Marketing Coordinator to bring it all together and help us grow our brands across all locations.
What You'll Do:
You'll execute the marketing across a brewery and lounge, a brew pub, two family style restaurants, and a neighbourhood taphouse, each with its own unique identity but shared values.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and manage marketing strategies tailored to each location's audience
Run social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and engage with our community
Oversee content creation--photography, video, newsletters, web, etc.
Assist in managing local print and radio advertising, websites, and in-house advertising
Help plan and promote events: beer releases, live music, food features, community events, festivals
Monitor analytics and performance across all channels
Maintain consistent branding and tone while letting each location's personality shine
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in marketing, preferably with a focus on food, beverage, or hospitality
Knowledge of the craft beer scene and restaurant/taphouse culture
A self-starter who's comfortable juggling multiple brands and deadlines
Strong digital marketing skills (social media, email marketing, local SEO, paid ads)
Excellent writing skills and a good eye for design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
Bonus points if you've worked with event marketing or grassroots community outreach
