Marketing Coordinator

to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in bringing our brand campaigns to life across all touchpoints.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



Be the Campaign Champion



You'll be the organizational force behind our exciting brand initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from digital channels to retail stores. From coordinating eye-catching email campaigns to managing vibrant social media content, you'll help our brand shine consistently everywhere. Consistently and accurately execute campaign deliverables across all channels, including social, events, and in-store marketing Maintain strong alignment with the Marketing Manager and team to keep campaigns on track

Master the Multi-Channel Magic



Whether it's scheduling social posts, coordinating in-store signage installations, or managing our Eventbrite workshop listings, you'll keep all our marketing wheels turning smoothly. You'll work closely with creative agencies, store teams, and vendors to deliver campaigns that truly resonate. Provide on-time support for email, social, event, and in-store marketing activities Smoothly coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners

Drive Engagement & Events



Help us create memorable experiences! You'll support our retail events and workshops, track attendance, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects Henry's commitment to helping creative communities thrive. Drive strong engagement and turnout for workshops and retail events Ensure accurate and up-to-date store listings and campaign documentation

Optimize & Innovate



Bring your fresh perspective to improve our processes. From streamlining campaign coordination to enhancing our social media presence, your proactive mindset will help us work smarter and more effectively. YOUR EXPERIENCE:



Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or event support role Experience coordinating vendor marketing assets and understanding promotional execution (considered an asset) Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and pivoting in season to react to changing landscapes Proficient with tools such as Eventbrite, Uberall, and project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com Familiarity with briefing creative teams and reviewing visual deliverables (Canva, Figma, or agency-built assets) Experience with marketing platforms such as Bazaarvoice and Klaviyo is beneficial Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize competing tasks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, store teams, and external vendors Comfortable working in a fluid environment and able to understand complex project requirements, and recognize potential risks and dependencies relevant to resourcing Knowledge of or passion for Digital Imaging and /or Content Creation a strong asset
