POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, proactive, curious and creative marketing coordinator to complement our great team in the commercial rental division. Does working in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team stimulate you? This is your chance to occupy a position that will give you versatility and excellence!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and organize visibility events such as 5 to 7 and free visits to commercial premises
• Coordinate marketing projects with various stakeholders and ensure cohesion with the team
• Create content, and orchestrate the editorial calendar of social networks
• Ensure the production of various communication tools
• Manage the production of newsletters and advertising banners
• Monitor the performance of marketing activities, document the actions taken and suggest improvements
• Participate in the creation of videos
• Track budgets and deadlines

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience related to the position
